Though I do not have the marriage date, it looks like Margaret married Charles Pierson before she was the age of 21 as we find her and Charles and family in the 1850 census for Brush Creek, Muskingum Co., Ohio. In that census, Margaret and Charles had a newborn child Thomas. Also according to that census, her paternal grandmother, Margaret "Peggy" Shawgo lived with the young family.
