Description	:	Margie A. (Nuss) Lindhorst, 74,went to be with the Lord and her beloved husband Dean on Jan. 21, 2009 after a long illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday Jan. 28th, 2009 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Scottsbluff, with Pastor Gail Madson officiating, inurnment will be at the Mitchell Cemetery. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1952 and then enrolled for classes in business and accounting after which she did bookkeeping and prepared taxes for different businesses in town for 40 years. She met the love of her life Dean Lindhorst, married on June 16th, 1954 they were married for 54 years. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid football fan, watched all pro and college, but her favorites were the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Denver Broncos. She was always up for a game of scrabble, loved to put puzzles together, knit and work in her flower gardens and she made the best cabbage burgers. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, before her illness she would help prepare the communion bread for altar guild. She is sadly missed by her Daughter Debbie Brunner of Scottsbluff, special friend Rod Brown, Son Steven Lindhorst of Biloxi, MS, grandchildren, Jamie Brunner of Gering, fiance' Kenna VanPelt, Jeremy (Amber) Brunner of Gering, Valorie (Adam) Peterson of Blaine, MN, Jeff (Martha) Lindhorst of Blaine, MN and Jessica Lindhorst of St. Cloud, MN. Great grandchildren Blake and Tessa Brunner of Gering, Traiton, Teigan and Trista Brunner of Gering, Kaleb and Cassidy Peterson of Blaine, MN and Jack Lindhorst of Blaine, MN. She is also survived by her sisters Betty Schnell of Alliance, Dorothy Fritzler of Alliance, Lorraine (Ray) Chapman of Henry, Eleanor Butler of Branson, MO and Meldy (Bert) Bertrand of Portland, OR. Brother Sonny Nuss of Cheyenne, WY and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dean, 3 brothers-in-law and 2 nephews.
