Margret grew up and received her education in the country schools of Union County, SD. After her mother died, she helped raise her siblings. She married Joe M. Bly on June 27, 1931. The couple made their home in Sioux Falls. Joe preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 1984. Margret was a member of East Side Lutheran Church, the ALCW; and Honor Circle at the church. Although she was not a mother, Margret was a godmother to many of her nieces, nephews, and friends. Survivors include 1 brother, Lloyd Jamtgaard, Sacramento, CA; nieces, nephews, and cousins In addition to her husband, Margret was preceded in death by two sisters, Judith Schuck and Lillian Harry; and three brothers, Orlen, Irving, anf Judene Jamtgaard. Services will be 10:00 AM Sat. Nov. 4th at East Side Lutheran Church followed by interment at Hills of Rest Memorial Park, Sioux Falls. Arrangements by George Boom Funeral Home, Sioux Falls.
