Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Snell-Smith funeral home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Wedaneday. The Rev. Harrison Dawes, pastor of First Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park. Maria C. Ufken was born March 19, 1891, in Remsen, the daughter of Henry and Johanna Brown Ufken. She was married to Theodore Behrens, who died in 1918. She was married to George Hohlen in 1920. Carroll, Ill.: 31 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 3 sisters, Mrs. William (Anna) Lou of Wolsey SD., Mrs. Clara Halbur of Huron, SD and Mrs. Johanna Tischler of Rapid City, SD. her parents and husbands preceded her in death.
