Mrs. Pavel died at her home a short distance west of Abie on Thursday, Sept. 28. She was bedfast for about six years. She had reached an advanced age. Rev. Father Hanzlik conducted the funeral services. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Pavel is survived by three daughters and one son.
