Description	:	************************************************************** Mrs. Marie Odvody, nee Marie Bedlan, was born near Milzovice, Budovicky in Czechoslovakia and passed away at her home eleven and one-half miles southeast of Friend on January 22, 1937 at the age of 73 years, 10 months, and 25 days. She was married to Peter Odvody in 1888 and lived happily with her husband for 49 years. To this union were born eight children, one of whom died in infancy. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Peter Odvody of Friend; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Kastanek of Wilber, Mrs. Agnes Krupicka of Dorchester; five sons, Joseph, Stephen, John, Edward, and Emil... Funeral services were held at the Havel & Houser Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon, January 24th, with W.J. Borecky of Wilber officiating. The Pasek quartet sang.
