She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clester B. Skipper; two sisters, E. Loretta Sines and Peggy McCartney; and two brothers, Harold DeWitt and Stanley DeWitt. DeWitt, both of Oakland; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received Wednesday, Nov. 22, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland. A service will be held at the Crellin Assembly of God Church on Friday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Bruce Craig and Rev. Gail Hixon officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Friend Cemetery.
