She came to the United States in 1887 making her home in Stanton County, Nebraska. She came to the United States in 1887 making her home in Stanton County, Nebraska. On May 17th, 1889 she was wedded to Frank Schwager and to this union three children were born, Otto, paul and Gustave all of whom live near Orchard. In 1912 the family moved to Antelope County, purchasing a farm southeast of Orchard where they have since made their home. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, her three sons, eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mrs. Schwager was a great home lover and kind and helpful neighbor and will be greatly missed by the many firends she has made during her years of residence in this county. There is a world above, Where partin is unknown; A whole eternity of love Formed for teh good alone; And faith beholds the dying here Transplanted to that happier sphere. Funeral services in charge of Guy Dunning were held at the home at two o'clock, Saturday afternoon, July 20th. Interment was made in the Orchard Cemetery.
