Mrs. Dammann was horn February 17, 1901. the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Habbinga. near George. She spent all of her girlhood and married life on the same farm, eight miles southwest of George. She attained the age of 55 years, 3 months, 7 days. She was married to Harry Dammann in February. 1925. at her father's home in George. To this union were born three sons and two daughters. Mrs. Dammann was confirmed at St. John's Lutheran church near Boyden, and she later became a member of the Immanuel Lutheran church at George. Preceding her in death were her parents and one brother, John. Surviving are her husband, three sons, Floyd, Orval and Arnold. all at home, two daughters. Lavonne (Mrs. Ervin Meyer) of George. and Gladys at home, one sister, Mrs. Henrietta Krahling of George. and one niece and a nephew, other relatives and a host of friends. Interment took place in Evergreen Lawn cemetery at George under the direction of Vogelaar funeral service.
