Description	:	Marie "Mary" Rancourt was born on May 19, 1859 in Waterville, Maine. Her father Louis was 24 and her mother Sarah Desange Poulin Rancourt was 19. She was their 2nd born child. The 1870 census shows Mary (age 11) living with her parents and siblings. The 1880 census shows Mary (age 21) as being employed in a Cotton Mill and living with her parents and siblings. Mary's father Charles worked for the railroad at the time. She married Charles Bushey (Boucher). Charles worked as a mason and Mary was a homemaker. Mary and Charles had six children... The 1870 census shows Mary (age 11) living with her parents and siblings. The 1880 census shows Mary (age 21) as being employed in a Cotton Mill and living with her parents and siblings. Mary's father Charles worked for the railroad at the time. She married Charles Bushey (Boucher). Charles worked as a mason and Mary was a homemaker. Mary and Charles had six children in 15 years. Their 1st born Henriette "Hattie" was born in 1884, Catherine was born in 1888, Elonore "Nora" was born in 1890, Laurena "Lillie" was born in 1892, James was born in 1898, and Leon was born in 1899. The 1900 census shows Mary and Charles living at 137 Water St. with their 5 children. Their youngest Leon (their 6th born) had died at age 4 months old from TB the year before. Their daughter Hattie (age 15) and her husband Joseph Paradis also lived with them at that time on Water St. They lived in Waterville and raised their children there. Mary's husband Charles died on May 19, 1925 at the age of 79. they had been married 59 years. Mary died on Mar. 31, 1936 at the age of 76. She and Charles are buried in the protestant Pine Grove cemetery in Waterville. It is unknown as to why they are buried there as the family was catholic. (Mary's parents and all of her children are buried in the adjoining Catholic St. Francis cemetery.)
