Main St., died at 10:20 a.m. Friday in Westminster Village Healthcare Center, West Lafayette. She was born Jan. 17, 1903 in Medaryville to John W. and Berthena DeArmond Meiser. She was married Oct. 6, 1928 to William McDougle who died April 25,1984. She had lived in Monticello from 1904 until she moved to Westminster Village with her husband in 1980. She was married Oct. 6, 1928 to William McDougle who died April 25,1984. She had lived in Monticello from 1904 until she moved to Westminster Village with her husband in 1980. She taught in the Monticello and Idaville schools for several years. She was a graduate of Monticello High School and Northwestern University. She also attended the University of Chicago. She was a former member of the Monticello United Methodist Church and was a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Lafayette. She was a member of the Alpha Nu Music Club. She was a charter member of Tri Kappa sorority when it was formed in Monticello in 1922 and was a charter member of the Tri Kappa Associate sorority when it was formed in 1957. She was a member of the Wednesday Reading Club. Surviving are one daughter, Mary Schuth, Metarie, La.; one son, John, North Muskegon, Mich.; and one grandson. One sister preceded her in death. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Miller-Voorhis Funeral Home with the Rev. John Hackley officating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to favorite charities.
