The former East Wenatchee residents died at their home at Puyallup. Mrs. Anderson was born March 20, 1912, to William and Alice McGee at Goodlettsville, Tenn. Mr. Anderson was born July 17, 1909, to Alexander and Alice Anderson at Ada, Okla. They were married Aug. 27, 1929, at Tecumseh, Okla. They moved to Sunnyslope in the 1930s and owned a small peach orchard in East Wenatchee in the 1970s. Mr. Anderson had worked on the construction of the Leavenworth Fish Hatchery. During World War II he worked at the Bremerton shipyards. Mrs. Anderson had worked in fruit warehouses in the Wenatchee area for several years. They are survived by three sons, Curtis of Bremerton, Albert of Tacoma and Teddy of Clovis, N.M.; three daughters, Mary Sue Smith of Sumner, Cora Lee Penning of Pittsburg, Calif., and Alice Newton of Lake Elsinore, Calif.; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Mr. Anderson also is survived by two brothers, Homer of Sedro Woolley and Ray of Wenatchee. Mrs. Anderson also is survived by a brother, Henry, of Jones, Okla.
