Read More	Marilyn Ann Huckle, 76, Valley City, ND passed away Tuesday, May 17, at Mercy Hospital, Valley City, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley and with her family by her side. Marilyn Ann Kjelland was born on May 26, 1939 at Mercy Hospital, Valley City, to Walter and Selma (Myhre) Kjelland. She lived and attended grade school in Sanborn, ND and then Valley City Public Schools where she graduated from Valley City High School in 1957. Marilyn was united in marriage to Jerrold Huckle on June 21, 1958 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Valley City, where they made their lifelong home. She worked at Wells Fargo Bank in Valley City for a total of 33 years. Marilyn was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, where she was very active in WELCA. She had served on the church council and taught Sunday school. Marilyn’s hobbies included playing bridge, gardening, cooking and traveling. Marilyn is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jerry, and her children, Laurie (George) Sheldon, Washburn, ND, Tim (Joanne) Huckle, Fargo, ND and Mark (Dawn) Huckle, Papillion, NE. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and a great grandson, and siblings Joanne (Milton) Johnson, New Brighton, MN, and Donald (Marlene) Kjelland, Park Rapids, MN. The memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Valley City. Memorials may be directed to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Women of the ELCA (WELCA). Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Oliver-Nathan Funeral Chapel, Valley City.
