She was born on September 18, 1959 in Tipton to Louis and Barbara (Sutton) Koors. She married Bud Roark on November 13, 1976. Marilyn was a member of Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tipton. She is survived by her husband Bud Roark of... Read More	Marilyn K. (Koors) Roark, age 55, of Columbia City, Indiana passed away on Sunday November 2, 2014 at Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on September 18, 1959 in Tipton to Louis and Barbara (Sutton) Koors. She married Bud Roark on November 13, 1976. Marilyn was a member of Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tipton. She was a 1979 graduate of Tipton High School. In her spare time Marilyn enjoyed going for drives, spoiling her dog, watching the Colts and the precious time spent with family and friends. She is survived by her husband Bud Roark of Columbia City, Indiana. Other survivors include her mother and father in law, Harold and Mary Beckom of Hemlock, IN and numerous nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents, and a brother Thomas B. Koors. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday November 6, 2014 from 12 to 2 PM at the Porter Funeral Home located at 726 East North Street in Tipton. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday with committal in Saint John’s Cemetery.
