Frank was born Oct. 8, 1936, to Herman and Maxine (Smith) Kent at Melbourne, Ark., and spent his earliest years in Newburg, Ark. Frank was born Oct. 8, 1936, to Herman and Maxine (Smith) Kent at Melbourne, Ark., and spent his earliest years in Newburg, Ark. At a young age he moved with his family to East Wenatchee where he attended local schools, graduating from Wenatchee High School in 1954. He later attended both Washinton State University School of Pharmacy and the Cohen Electrical School in Chicago. Frank was a former governor of the Moose Lodge in Mesa, Ariz., where he lived before returning to make his home in East Wenatchee. Frank is survived by his parents, Herman and Maxine Kent of East Wenatchee; his brother, Leon Kent of Cambria, Calif.; his sisters, Marcie Hodges of Seattle and Joan Cross of El Dorado Hills, Calif.; two children, Ginny Greene of Spokane and John Kent of Oxnard, Calif. Two children, Bryan and Margaret, preceded him in death. Frank has five grandchildren. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
