Description	:	Marion Kathleen Richards 1998 Bridgewater Bulletin Marion Kathleen Richards, 89, formerly of 83 Prince Street, Bridgewater, passed away at Northwood Manor, Halifax on Sunday, August 30, 1998. Born in Garden Lots, she was the daughter of the late Absalom and Irene (Young) Meisner, whose ancestors were part of the original settlers of Lunenburg. She was employed with the Maritime Tel & Tel Co. Ltd. in Lunenburg and in Bridgewater, until her retirement in 1974. She is survived by her daughter, Irene (Mrs. C. Philip MacCready; grandchildren, Susan (Mrs. John Mahtab) and Nancy (Mrs. Alan MacCready-Williams); and three great grandchildren, all of Halifax.... Philip MacCready; grandchildren, Susan (Mrs. John Mahtab) and Nancy (Mrs. Alan MacCready-Williams); and three great grandchildren, all of Halifax. She was predeceased by her husband, Morton Richards, Kentville. She was the last remaining member of her immediate family of 12: seven brothers, Ainley, Frank, Howard, Aubrey, James, Wallace, and Norman; and four sisters, Grace, Lottie, Laura, and Bertha. In accordance with her wishes, her body has been donated to Dalhousie Medical School of Research.
