Description	:	WATERVILLE - Marion (Poirier) Breton, 90, died Friday, May 6, 2005, at Sunset Home, surrounded by her family. Marion was born on Oct. 13, 1914, in St. Blandine, Quebec, the daughter of Alfred and Marguerite (Pineau) Poirier. She had been a resident of Sunset Home since May 2004. The family thanks all of the staff for the excellent care she received. On April 12, 1947, she married Francis Breton. They shared a wonderful life until his death on November 10, 1984. Read More	WATERVILLE - Marion (Poirier) Breton, 90, died Friday, May 6, 2005, at Sunset Home, surrounded by her family. Marion was born on Oct. 13, 1914, in St. Blandine, Quebec, the daughter of Alfred and Marguerite (Pineau) Poirier. She had been a resident of Sunset Home since May 2004. The family thanks all of the staff for the excellent care she received. On April 12, 1947, she married Francis Breton. They shared a wonderful life until his death on November 10, 1984. She worked as a cook at the former Sacred Heart School, then at C.F. Hathaway until her early retirement so she could care for her husband. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She was a past member of the Daughters of Isabella and Rosary Sodality. Her favorite pastime was embroidering. She gave many pieces of her work to family members who will cherish the gifts for years. She also liked spending time at her sister's camp in Jackman. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Joyce (Carey) Breton of Winslow; her daughter and son-in-law, Diane (Breton) and George Moore Sr. of Palermo; her five grandchildren, Leana (Gagne) Hines and her husband, Joseph, of Leland, N.C., Michael Breton of Fremont, Calif., Stephanie (Breton) Ogan and husband Nathan of Portland, Ore., Dustin Creamer of Augusta and Nicole Creamer and fiancee Abel Auclair of Augusta. She is also survived by her sister, Adrienne (Peggy) Leo of Skowhegan; and many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband; brothers Gerard, Rosaire and Romeo; and her sisters Lucille Turcotte and Mary Gaynes. (Morning Sentinel 5/7/2005)
