He passed away on January 19, 1998 in Peetz at the age of 43. Mr. Einspahr lived with his family on a farm east of Venango, Nebraska until the untimely death of his father on May 24, 1955. He passed away on January 19, 1998 in Peetz at the age of 43. Mr. Einspahr lived with his family on a farm east of Venango, Nebraska until the untimely death of his father on May 24, 1955. He moved with his mother to Holyoke where they lived with his maternal grandparents, Mary and William H. Busch. Mark became very close to his aunt, Irene Busch, who was also living with them. Carl Schmidt became Mark's father when Marilyn married Carl in Holyoke on May 12, 1962. The Schmidts built a home in 1963 on Kellogg Street in Holyoke where Mark spent his childhood and teenage years. He attended school in Holyoke and made many lasting friendships. While in high school Mark grew to love music and enjoyed playing the guitar with his friends. He also enjoyed cars and creative woodworking. In the early 1970s Mark moved to Amherst where he met Lea Harmening who became the mother of his daughter, Amanda Mae, who was born August 28, 1973. Later he moved to Peetz where his son Allen Gene Park was born on January 7, 1985. Allen and Mark enjoyed spending quality time together out in the country. Mark was self-employed working as a roofing contractor. He is described as a trustworthy and faithful friend who was always willing to be there when others needed him. Mark is preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Mary Busch and by his father. He is survived by his mother and father, Marilyn and Carl Schmidt of Holyoke, a daughter, Amanda Mae Einspahr of Holyoke, and son Allen Gene Park of Iliff. Memorial services for Mark Allen Einspahr were held Tuesday, January 27, 1998 at 11 a.m. at the Schmidt-Baucke Funeral Chapel in Holyoke with Minister Jim Mort officiating. Inurnment was made in Holyoke Memorial Park.
