He passed away on February 9, 2018 at his residence at Nelson, Nebraska at the age of 58 years, 5 months, 14 days. Mark attended school in Superior and was a graduate with the class of 1977. He married Nancy Strong in Mankato, Kansas and a daughter was born to this union. They later divorced. Mark was employed at Russ’s IGA as a meat cutter for many years. He also worked for Butterfield out of Wamego, Kansas burying cable all across Kansas. Throughout his lifetime, Mark lived in Nelson, Superior, Cheyenne, Scottsbluff, Mankato and Florida. Mark was an artist, he loved making things from his Indian artifacts, and he loved to build models. He would also make guitars, and like his music. He is survived by his parents Leslie and Bonnie of Nelson, Nebraska; daughters, Hillary Adams of Augusta, Georgia; and Tressie McReynolds of Kensington, Kansas; and step-daughter, Tina Doerr and husband Matt of Unadilla, Nebraska; 7 grandchildren; and his sister LuAnn Fitzgerald and husband Jim of Glenvil, Nebraska; other relatives and friends.
