He is survived by a sister, Joyce (Kevin) Hass of Runnells; two brothers, Maurice (Neila) Overturf of Ottumwa and Martin "Short" (Debbie) Overturf of Camdenton, MO; brother-in-law, Ramon Goldizen of Le Claire, IA; sister-in-law, Carol Overturf of Panama City, FL; nieces and nephews. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Kathleen Overturf and Marilyn Goldizen; two brothers, Merle (Judy) and Max Overturf. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Zion Community Church of God with Pastor Jesse Elkins officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Thursday at Reece Funeral Home with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.
