Description	:	Marlynn D. Meyermann age 62 of Clinton, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Mercy Living Center North. Marlynn was born in Clinton on January 2, 1953, the daughter of Marvin and Martha (Thomsen) Rallie. She graduated from Northeast High School and attended Mt. St. Clare College. Marlynn married Paul Meyermann on September 29, 1973 in Camanche. She had been employed in food service her whole life, most recently at Prairie Hills Assisted Living in Clinton. Meyermann age 62 of Clinton, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Mercy Living Center North. Marlynn was born in Clinton on January 2, 1953, the daughter of Marvin and Martha (Thomsen) Rallie. She graduated from Northeast High School and attended Mt. St. Clare College. Marlynn married Paul Meyermann on September 29, 1973 in Camanche. She had been employed in food service her whole life, most recently at Prairie Hills Assisted Living in Clinton. Marlynn was a member of the Clinton Church of Christ where she was actively involved in many church functions, included the CEW. She enjoyed life with family and friends, especially spending time with her grandchildren, singing, entertaining, bonfires and garage sales. She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Buck Newsom an infant brother Bradley and a brother, Jacob “Bucky” Newsom. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the Clinton Church of Christ. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday at the church and from 9:00 A.M. until the service time Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Elvira Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Tony, Troy and Clayton Meyermann, Brent and Brian Newsom, Lucas and Joshua Wendell and Zach and Thad Snook. Obit & photo published by The Pape Funeral Home.
