Marsha was born on October 26, 1954 in Bluffton to Sebert L. & Velma F. (Jones) Souers. She graduated from Southern Wells High School in the class of 1973. Werling 57 of Bluffton passed away suddenly on Friday afternoon at the Bluffton Regional Medical Center. Marsha was born on October 26, 1954 in Bluffton to Sebert L. & Velma F. (Jones) Souers. She graduated from Southern Wells High School in the class of 1973. Marsha most recently worked for the Wells County United Way specializing in Social Media. She loved her pets, and also served as a storm spotter in Bluffton for the National Weather Service. On November 29, 2002 she married Eugene E. Werling at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband Eugene of Bluffton, her mother Velma of Warren, a son Nathan D. (wife Amanda) Helms along with her 3 grandchildren Hannah, Riley and Avery Helms all of Calera, Alabama. She is also survived by a brother Bruce Souers of Warren and a sister Emily (husband Bob) Bothast of Keystone, along with a nephew and niece, Brad & Sarah Bothast of Keystone. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in rural Ossian, with calling 1 hour prior to the service. The Rev. Daniel Brege will officiate. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
