Description	:	Mrs. C.M. Deener The subject of this notice passed from this life Wednesday the 14 inst., at 10 o'clock after a lingering illness of more than four months. In all her continued suffering, she possessed the same Christian fortitude that characterized her life, and died in the triumph of a victorious faith. She was a daughter of Daniel Richards, deceased, and a sister of William Richards, Columbia, and Mrs. Perry Loveless, Russell Springs. Three other brothers live in Kansas. In all her continued suffering, she possessed the same Christian fortitude that characterized her life, and died in the triumph of a victorious faith. She was a daughter of Daniel Richards, deceased, and a sister of William Richards, Columbia, and Mrs. Perry Loveless, Russell Springs. Three other brothers live in Kansas. She professed religion in her fifteenth year and united with the Baptist church, of which she was a consistent and devoted member til the time of her death. In her eighteenth year she was married to Eld. C.M. Deener, with whom she lived in sweet companionship for 43 years and 9 days. To this union were born two children, Mrs. Ona Williams and Mrs. Nannie Grider. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a devout Christian. She possessed the inherent qualities that make a noble womanhood, sacrifying for the sake of others and the right, she was often lonely and incumbered, as most minister's wives are while her husband was away working in the cause for which she was praying. The interment was in the Bethel graveyard. After a short service by the writer, she was laid to rest to await the resurrection.
