Description	:	Martha R. Counts, 64 of Farmington died March 25, 1996, at the Fort Madison Community Hospital. Born Dec. 24, 1931, in Salem, she was the daughter of Harvey and Myrtle Rice Smith. She married Raymond "Tip" Counts on January 29, 1951, in Salem Arkansas. Mrs. Counts lived most of her life in Farmington. She worked in the kitchen at the Harmony Middle school. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Brenda Neely of Hillsboro, and Lois Mellinger of Bonaparte; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
