Mrs. Martha E. Cheesbrough, wife of Thomas D. Cheesbrough, died last evening at 4:15 o’clock at the family home in Chapmantown. The cause of death was consumption, from which she had been a sufferer for five years, consequently death came as a relief. Deceased was a native of Missouri, aged 59 years and 11 months. She leaves a husband and seven children, all grown to manhood and womanhood. She was an active member of the Christian Church of Chico. The funeral will take place from the Christian Church at 2:30 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
