She was born to Merle and Helen (Morhart) Voght. On Aug. 25, 1951, she married Ernest Ned Beck, who preceded her in death on Jan. 2, 2005.

Surviving are two sons, Stephen (Lori), Carmel, Ind. and Joseph (Keri), Alpharetta, Ga.; six grandchildren, Andrew, Travis, Aubrey, Samuel, Sarah and Jordan; and three great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Brianna and Ella.

She graduated from Hicksville High School in 1948. She retired from Paulding Exempted Village Schools and was co-owner of Beck's Bakery in Hicksville from 1957-1967.

Service at Smith & Brown Funeral Home in Hicksville with the Rev. Clarence Zimmerman officiating.
