She retired as a home-care nurse, and was a member of Coan Baptist Church, Heathsville, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Miller; and a grandson, David L. Hedrick. Her survivors include her daughters, Cynthia M. Ayouch and her husband, Simon, of Falls Church, Va., Roberta F. Trout and her husband, JB, of Las Vegas, Nev.; sons, Donald D. She retired as a home-care nurse, and was a member of Coan Baptist Church, Heathsville, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Miller; and a grandson, David L. Hedrick. Her survivors include her daughters, Cynthia M. Ayouch and her husband, Simon, of Falls Church, Va., Roberta F. Trout and her husband, JB, of Las Vegas, Nev.; sons, Donald D. Hedrick of Las Vegas, and Gerald Miller and his wife, Shelia, of Richmond, Va; four grandchildren, Zachariah Ayouch, Ryan Ayouch, Michelle Collins and Jonah Trout; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Jones-Ash Funeral Home, Heathsville, Va. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Coan Baptist Church, Heathsville, Va. at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Martha's first marriage was to Don Hedrick, photo as shown, at Sioux Falls, Minnehaha, SD, Feb 14, 1945. They lived first near Asbury and then Clintonville/ Sam Black, Greenbrier, WV; and two children were born in Greenbrier. They later moved to Roanoke, VA, where Martha worked as a beautician. Don & Martha divorced before 1965, and Martha married John Miller, circa 1965.
