The 3rd headstone had no legible inscription on it, and it was cracked horizontally in the middle. I've seen more recent photos of this stone,and it appears that the upper half is now missing (or buried beneath the leaves.) This illegible stone could possibly mark the grave of Martha's husband, Captain Jonathan Tucker, who is also supposed to be buried here. Below I have added a couple of other sources who have described this small cemetery in the past. LOCATION: It is close to a private residence located near #98 Smith Road, in Charlton, Worcester Co., MA. As I recall, you can't see it from the street. _________________________________________ TUCKER CEMETERY ...AKA... THE CAPT. JONATHAN TUCKER YARD This burial place is on the Spencer road leading north from Millward school house some ten rods from the highway. In this yard there are but two graves, one in memory of Mrs. Martha, wife of Capt. Jonathan Tucker, who died Nov. 23, 1774, aged 64 years. Nearby is that of Capt. Tucker, though there is no marked headstone. The flat is surrounded by a wall with two pine trees within it. Capt. Tucker was a man or prominence in town. He was chairman of the selectmen for some years after that section called the "gore" was definitely fixed to the town. Jonahtan Tucker buried his first wife Martha, when she died Nov. 23, 1774, aged 64. He is also said to be buried there, but there is no stone over his grave. His death was recorded in the Vital Records as occurring on Nov. 22, 1789."
