Born September 26, 1909, in Ben Lomond, Arkansas, she was a lifelong member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Ben Lomond. Mrs. Penney was preceded in death by her husband, John Dosier Penney, and four brothers and four sisters. She is survived by one son, Joe Edd and wife Janice Penney of Ben Lomond; three daughters, Betty Penney Britt and husband B.A., Jr. of Texarkana, TX.; Ruth Penney Davis of Texarkana, AR.... Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2011, at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Ben Lomond with Rev. Herman Welch and Rev. John Arnold officiating. Burial will follow in the Ben Lomond Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
