Description	:	Martha L. Blair, 96, of Bloomfield, formerly of Cantril, died Nov. 9, 2012, at the Bloomfield Care Center. She was born Aug. 7, 1916, south of Bloomfield to Will and Stella Peden Beggs. She married Everett J. Blair Aug. 6, 1939, in Bloomfield. He did Feb. 8, 1988. Martha graduated from Bloomfield High School. She and her husband farmed near Fairfield and many years south of Cantril until retiring to town. They spent several winters in Arizona. Blair, 96, of Bloomfield, formerly of Cantril, died Nov. 9, 2012, at the Bloomfield Care Center. She was born Aug. 7, 1916, south of Bloomfield to Will and Stella Peden Beggs. She married Everett J. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ralph Beggs and Russell Fiedler; and two sisters, Bernice Grim and Helen Aeschliman. Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua; with Kevin Mote, misister officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Cantril. Visitation will open at 9 am Wednesday at the funeral home with the family present one hour prior to the service.
