She was born Oct. 3, 1967, in Grundy, Va., the daughter of Joseph and Ocie Church. She married Richard Blosser, who preceded her in death. She then married Richard Spigelmeyer, who survives. She was a seamstress and attended Little Ruth Old Regular Baptist Church, Green Cove Springs. Also surviving are two sons, Billy Bibler of Green Cove Springs and Richard Cuiksa, Cross City, Fla.; four daughters, Mrs. Gary (Brenda) Smith and Mrs. Paul (Cynthia) Blosser Hall of Defiance and Mrs. Wayne (Vickie)... Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, David and Harrison Church; and four sisters, Sidney Hess, Jettie Faircloth, Ellen Foster and Ruth Ratliff. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Little Ruth Old Regular Baptist Church, Green Cove Springs, with Brother Garland Deel officiating. Handling arrangements is Broadus-Raines & Pons Family Funeral Home, Green Cove Springs. *NOTE: Martha's obituary listed her date of birth as 1967 but it should be 1937.
