Description	:	------------------------- Martin Robert Hanna, son of Daniel and Vesta Hanna was born at Mark Center, Ohio Aug. 27, 1875. He departed this life on April 25, 1943 at the age of 68 years, 7 months, and 28 days. When he was nine years of age he came with his parents to Salem township, Steuben county, Indiana, where he lived until he was twenty-two years of age. Then he went to Wood county, where he received employment. He was united in marriage to Miss Elma Smith June 10, 1903 who preceded him in death February 1935. To this union one son, Walter was born,... Read More	------------------------- Martin Robert Hanna, son of Daniel and Vesta Hanna was born at Mark Center, Ohio Aug. 27, 1875. He departed this life on April 25, 1943 at the age of 68 years, 7 months, and 28 days. When he was nine years of age he came with his parents to Salem township, Steuben county, Indiana, where he lived until he was twenty-two years of age. Then he went to Wood county, where he received employment. He was united in marriage to Miss Elma Smith June 10, 1903 who preceded him in death February 1935. To this union one son, Walter was born, who with his family now lives on the farm formerly owned by his father in Salem township. On May 13, 1936, he was united in marriage to Dessa Mae Nisonger of Angola. They spent most of their married life in Angola and on their farm in Scott township. Mr. Hanna was a member of the Salem Center Presbyterian Church and belonged to the Masonic Lodge most of his life. He was also an active member of the Farm Bureau participating in the efforts to improve the farm life. He leaves to mourn their loss, his wife, his son, and nine stepchildren, a number of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held in the Salem Center Church Wednesday, April 28, Rev. J. E.
