Buried at Saint Paul's (Dubs) Church Cemetery on Monday December 23, 1946. ________________________________________ The Evening Sun, Saturday December 21, 1946 FARMER IS FOUND DEAD IN HIS HOME Martin Valentine Wildasin, 76, Hanover R.D. 2, Believed By Coroner To Have Expired Several Days Ago Martin Valentine Wildasin, 76-year-old farmer, was found dead, seated on a chair in the kitchen of his home in West Manheim Township, Hanover R.D. 2, yesterday afternoon. Lester J. Sell, York County Coroner, who conducted an investigation, attributed death to a coronary embolism. The coroner estimated that Mr. Wildasin had been dead for several days. He said that the condition of chickens on the property indicated that they had not been fed in that length of time. The death was discovered when Mrs. Lester Doyle and John Masemer, neighbors, called at the Wildasin home, which is located about eight miles south of Hanover and several miles from Pleasant Hill. Mr. Wildasin lived alone. His body was found at about 2:30 p.m. Mr. Wildasin was a son of the late Emanuel and Rebecca Mummert Wildasin, and was born February 13, 1870. He was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of St. Paul's (Dubs') Union Church. Mr. Wildasin was married to Celia Mummert, who preceded him in death. His only survivor is a brother, Emanuel Wildasin, 622 Frederick Street. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon with services conducted at 2 o'clock at the W. A. Feiser Funeral Home, Carlisle Street. The Rev. Albert M. Hollinger, pastor of the West Manheim Lutheran Charge, will officiate. Interment will be made in St. Paul's (Dubs') Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday evening at the funeral home.
