| Description | : | Mr. Waidlich was born at Württemberg, Germany on May 22, 1886, the son of George and Barbara Waidelich. While in Germany he was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church. Before coming to America in 1910 he was a florist in Germany. On September 22, 1915, he married Alma Rose Euchner at Charles City. When he first came to America he lived near Charles City, then at Greene, and had been on a farm near Shell Rock the last 22 years. He is survived by his wife, two daughters.
