A Vigil service was held at Holy Fat-nily (Sacred Heart) Catholic Church, Wynot, that evening. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., Dec. 12, at Holy Family (Sacred Heart) Catholic Church, Wynot, with Rev. Ross Burkhalter officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Wynot. Butch was born Sept. 1. 1948, to Richard Anthony and Marie Viola (Murphy) Leise in Wynot. He married Gladys Schieffer Nov. 20. 1971, in Crofton. She died July 2. 2001. Butch grew up and lived in the Wyno area all of his life. He graduated from Wynot High School in 1966. He was the co-owner of Wynot Sand, Gravel and Redi-Mix from 1966 to the present.. He entered Beverly Healtheare, Hartington, Dec. 6. 2001. He was a member of Holy Family (Sacred Heart) Catholic Church, and a 21-year veteran of the Wynot Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by two sons, Chad Leise, Wynot , and Shane Leise, Wynot: three sisters and their spouses, Carol and Norbert Kirchmeier, Wynot: Donna Fleming, LaPlace, La. and Marilyn and Dan Eckhardt, Cameron, Texas.
