Marv and Frankie moved back to Pierce, where he farmed and worked at Kolterman's Farm Equipment as shop foreman. He retried from farming and Kolterman's in 2000." "Marvin entered into the U.S. Army in World War II on Feb. 20, 1945, and was discharged on Nov. 5, 1946. He was part of the 951st Heavy Ordnance Auto Maintenance Co. He served time in the South Pacific." He was survived by 2 daughters and their husbands, 1 son and his wife, 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 brother, 1 sister, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. "He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Alma Koehler, his wife, Frankie in 1998; a brother-in-law Lloyd O'Neal; and a granddaughter Angela."
