Turner, 82, passed away at her home southeast of Homer in the Fisher district Sunday morning at 8:20 o'clock following an illness of long duration. She is survived by one daughter Miss Mertie Turner who lived with her mother, and a sister, Mrs. Norris Olney of Clarendon. Marshall (MI) Evening Chronicle Thursday, March 4, 1937 Homer Funeral Services For Mrs. Turner The funeral services for Mrs. Mary Turner, 82, were held at the Mains funeral home this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. Dempster Yinger of Union City officiating and interment in the Fisher cemetery. Pallbearers were Charles I. Gibson, Stewart Woodliff, Robert Gamble, D. O. Curtis, Clinton Gridley and Wm. Smith. ~~ Mrs Mary Turner 82 one of the oldest residents of this vicinity died Sunday at her farm home three and one half miles southeast of town. Mrs Turner was born in that locality on February 11 1885 and spent her entire life there. She had been failing health for a number of years. She is survived by one daughter, Miss Mrytle Turner at home and one Sister Mrs Norris Olney of Clarendon.
