Description	:	NELSONVILLE - Mary A. Davis, of Nelsonville, passed away March 13, 2016. Mary was born in Athens to William Henry and Cornelia Stovall Allen. She was a graduate of Athens High School and Ohio University with bachelor of science in commerce. Upon graduation from college, she worked for Kodak in the accounting department in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, on what became later known as the Manhattan Project. During this time she played women's basketball, winning the status of East Tennessee All-Star; certified medical assistant and secretary/office manager for her brother William H.
