Recitation of rosary is 7 p.m.Wednesday at Chancy-Walters Funeral Home.Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Blanco officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Graves was born May 9,1930, in Brandon to Alfred and Agnes (Fehringer) Dollerschell. The family moved to Sterling in 1939. She graduated from St. Anthony High School. Mrs. Graves worked at a Sterling lettershop. On April 7, 1953, she married H.L. "Tex" Graves in Sterling. Mrs. Graves became deputy county clerk in March 1957. She was first elected county clerk in 1970 and ran unopposed in 1974 and 1978. On June 15, 1979, she resigned to help her husband, the former county sheriff, with "his new business venture" — Northeast Colorado Vacuum Sales and Service. Mrs. Graves was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and Altar and Rosary Society. Survivors include her husband, of Sterling; a son, A.C. "Butch" of Sterling; two daughters, Debbie Burgess of LaSalle and Kathy Graves of Sterling; six grandchildren, Chris and Danny, both of LaSalle, and Darvis, Kira, Nathan and Erin, all of Steiring; and six sis ters, Sally Schure, Jerry Breiner, Doe Dollerschell and Inie Lubker, all of Sterling, Alice Marrill of Parker and Tillie Cometto of Atwood. Chancy-Walters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
