She was born August 25, 1938, in Lima, OH, to Willie B. and Donna Marie (Salsbury) Bradley, who preceded her in death. On March 1, 1958, she married Donald Eugene Spencer, who preceded her in death on November 29, 2009. Mary Ann was a 1957 graduate of the Waynesfield High School, where she had been the 1957 Homecoming Queen and her future husband was the Homecoming King. She had been a homemaker. Mary Ann had attended the Lima First Assembly of God Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and shopping for them. She also loved springtime and the fact that she was a "Proud Republican". Mary Ann was blessed to have all of her children and grandchildren home one last time to celebrate Christmas together as a family. Mary Ann is survived by a daughter, Penny (John) O' Dell; two sons, Donald Steven (Vanessa) Spencer of Delphos, OH, and Joey R. (Erin) Spencer of Columbus, OH; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lonnie Joe (Carol) Bradley of Lima, OH, and Gary Dean (Carole) Bradley of Bowling Green, KY; three sisters, Violet Lou (Gary) Bricker of Bluffton, OH, Bonnie Jean (Tommy) Winegardner of Waynesfield, OH, and Beverly Lee Neeley of Waynesfield, OH; and a sister-in-law, Karen Bradley-Long of Lima, OH. She was preceded in death by a daughter Heather Dawn Spencer, a grandson Spencer Tyson Ridenour, a brother Larry B. Bradley, and a brother-in-law Danny Neeley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 11:00 am at the Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Mike Houser. Burial will be in the Salem Westminster Cemetery following the service. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Shawnee Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
