The risk of someone's creating an unintentional duplicate for this memorial seems less if we follow the McBrides' dates, but clarification would be welcome. Although it's not impossible that Hazael and Naomi could have named two different children Mary Anna, it's unlikely that both would die at age 2 and that only one of them would be listed in McBrides' and only one of them would be listed in Hinshaw.
