Description	:	From “Some Descendants of Arthur Warren” by Warren Woden Foster M. D. published in 1911 “Eleazer Warren, son of Ephraim, was born 19 November 1707 in Plainfield, Connecticut, was taken to Killingly Connecticut, by his parents about 1708. He married Mary Day, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Day of Killingly about 1728. (She was undoubtedly a descendant of the Robert Day who came from England in 1635 and settled in Ipswich, Massachusetts before 1641.) He was voted inhabitant of Killingly, December 1, 1730. He married Mary Day, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Day of Killingly about 1728. (She was undoubtedly a descendant of the Robert Day who came from England in 1635 and settled in Ipswich, Massachusetts before 1641.) He was voted inhabitant of Killingly, December 1, 1730. His father, Captain Ephraim Warren, ‘gentleman,’ deeded to him 150 acres of land, lying on both sides of Whetstone Brook, in Killingly, April 15, 1732. By his father’s will he received in April 1747, the lands belonging to his homestead and buildings thereon, situated at Killingly Center and for many years past used as a tavern. His wife died July 8, 1747, in Killingly and was buried in the old cemetery on Break-neck Hill.” According to Dr. Foster, Eleazer and Mary had children: 1. Luther born 1728 in Killingly and died there 2 July 1742 2. Millicent born 17 November 1732 in Killingly and died there before 1745 3. Mary born 7 May 1734 in Killingly and died there 11 January 1751 4. Isaac born 15 March 1736 in Killingly and died there before 1752 5. Zerviah born 28 June 1738 in Killingly and died there between 1752 and 1754 6. Ephraim born 9 January 1743 in Killingly 7. Beers & Co., Chicago; 1903 P. 356 “Robert Day, the emigrant of 1635, of Ipswich, England, born in 1605, came to America in the ship ‘Hopewell,’ and settled in Ipswich, Mass. He was made a freeman in 1641, and he died in September 1683. By his wife, Hannah, he had five children: John, born in 1641; Thomas, born in 1643; Hannah, born in 1645, married Robert Lord; Sarah, born in 1647, married David Fiske; and James, born in 1649, married Susan Ayres, and died in 1690. The line of descent is through James Day, born in 1649; his son Robert, born Jan. 17, 1684 (married, first, April 4, 1706, Elizabeth Dresser, and second, in 1736, Susan McKee), who moved to Killingly in 1717, and settled on the South Whetstone brook.” Mary is the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth.
