She was borm September 5, 1927 in Ottumwa to Russell Morgan and Flora E. Ruby Sapp. She married Ennis "Mo" Kiger on December 7, 1957. He preceded her in death October 12, 2003. Mary had worked at the Canteen, Jim's Diner, and at Universal Rundel in Fairfield. She had cleaned at Gaumer's Law Office, and did babysitting. Second St., died at 11:05 pm January 28, 2012 at Ridgewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was borm September 5, 1927 in Ottumwa to Russell Morgan and Flora E. Ruby Sapp. She married Ennis "Mo" Kiger on December 7, 1957. He preceded her in death October 12, 2003. Mary had worked at the Canteen, Jim's Diner, and at Universal Rundel in Fairfield. She had cleaned at Gaumer's Law Office, and did babysitting. She was a member of First Pentecostal Assembly of God where she was a Sunday school teacher and one of the first Daisy leaders. She enjoyed sewing dolls, quilts, and reading, especially the Bible. Surviving are two sons, Gerald(Martha)Sapp of Eddyville and Merle(Marilyn)Adler of Fairfield; a daughter, Dorothy Aeschilman of Nebraska; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Monna Smith of Ottumwa and a brother, Robert Morgan of Ottumwa. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Silbert and Thomas Morgan. Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday at First Pentecostal Assembly of God with Pastor Richard Schlotter officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 am Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with the family present from 6-8 pm Tuesday. Memorials may be made to First Pentecostal Assembly of God, Ridgewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center or Hospice of Central Iowa.
