Description	:	Funeral services for Mrs Wilbur Dean, who died Saturday evening, were held this afternoon at the Methodist church. Burial took place in Brookside cemetery. Mrs. Dean died at 5:30 Saturday evening in her home in Windfall after an illness of five months with cancer. She had been in ill health for the past five years as the result of the fatal disease. She was fifty years of age. She was a good Christian woman, a devoted, mother, an active worker in the Methodist church, where she had held membership since childhood, and was a prominent member of several societies. The... Mrs. Dean died at 5:30 Saturday evening in her home in Windfall after an illness of five months with cancer. She had been in ill health for the past five years as the result of the fatal disease. The deceased was born in Windfall, being the fourth child in the family of William and Sarah (Leavell) Sanders, another child, Clinton, having died in infancy. The surviving siblings are Frank Sanders, of Koutz; James of Ridgeville and Mrs. J.A. Butner, of Windfall. The deceased was united in marriage to Wilbur Dean of windfall in 1889 and one daughter was born, Miss Lura Dean, age 23, who is the teacher of English and Spanish in the Windfall High School.
