Mrs. Butler had lived in Gering valley and Gering for 33 years. She was well known and respected by those who knew her, and the relatives here have the sympathy of a wide circle of friends. She was born in Kentucky on June 28, 1850. Three sons and one daughter survive her, together with six grandchildren. Her children are Joe Butler, Ed Butler, Roy Butler, and Mrs. Wm. D. Hampton, all of Gering. The age of the deceased at the time of death was aged 83 years, 10 months, 25 days. She was a member of the Christian church of this city. ###
