Feb. 9. -- The death of Mrs. Mary Bryceson occurred at the Andrew Booth home, five and one-half miles south of Pisgah, January 13. Mary Shimer Bryceson was born October 20, 1831, in Porta Bella, Scotland. She married Thomas J. Bryceson March 20, 1853, at St. Louis, Mo. To this union were born nine children. They are Mary E., Fred W., Edwin W. Albert A., deceased, Albert A., deceased, Elizabeth A., Fannie B. and Frank A., and Nellie A., deceased. Of these Mary E., Edwin, Elizabeth A., Fred W., and Frank A., are still living. The deceased had twenty-nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Mrs. Bryceson spent the earlier part of her life in the Wesleyan Methodist church. Her children were all present at the time of her death. Her funeral was held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Andrew Booth, and was conducted by Rev.
