Dr. Bruce Ursin of Wesley United Methodist Church will officiate the service. Mary was born Jan. 25, 1918, in Sterling, Ill., the daughter of Edwin B. and Mary A. Andreas Zimmerman. Her first marriage was to Lester R. Smith on Dec. 10, 1937. He preceded her in death. She later married Ralph Sigears on Oct. 30, 1973, and he preceded her in death also. She had worked at Spiegel's for five years. She was a 50 year member of the... Read More	MUSCATINE, Iowa - Mary E. Smith Sigears , 94, of Muscatine, died on Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at Lutheran Homes. Dr. Bruce Ursin of Wesley United Methodist Church will officiate the service. Mary was born Jan. 25, 1918, in Sterling, Ill., the daughter of Edwin B. and Mary A. Andreas Zimmerman. Her first marriage was to Lester R. Smith on Dec. 10, 1937. He preceded her in death. She later married Ralph Sigears on Oct. 30, 1973, and he preceded her in death also. She had worked at Spiegel's for five years. She was a 50 year member of the Wesley United Methodist Church. She loved music and flowers. Survivors include one son, Neal L. Smith of Twin Lakes, Wis.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one brother, Chester Zimmerman of Muscatine.
