Description	:	Mary "Polly" Francis Kleckley Corley was married to Wesley Simeon Corley. He was born November 1826 and died March 15 1865 in North Carolina during the Civil War. At the late residence, about four miles from Lexington C.H., after an illness of about three weeks, which she bore with patient resignation Mrs. Polly Frances Corley, nee Kleckley, departed this life on the 3rd of Oct., A.D. 1886, aged 59 years, 11 months and 5 days. At the late residence, about four miles from Lexington C.H., after an illness of about three weeks, which she bore with patient resignation Mrs. Polly Frances Corley, nee Kleckley, departed this life on the 3rd of Oct., A.D. 1886, aged 59 years, 11 months and 5 days. On the following day a very large congregation of relatives and sympathizing friends assembled at the place where her funeral services were rendered by Rev. D. Efird. Mrs. Corley was raised up in Zion's Evan. Luth. Church, and was a faithful and devoted member; was blessed to live to see all her children become members of the same household of faith. When she was made sensible that the time was at hand for her to cross the river, she calmly called her children and grandchildren to her bedside, told them all farewell as she was going to leave them, and exorted them to be faithful to their Lord and Master, and come to where she was going, there to meet her in that Heavenly home. She was of good report in the community, an affectionate wife, a kind and tender mother, a good and obliging neighbor. Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord. Thus another mother in Israel has passed to the upper sanctuary to rest with the blessed. A Friend. From the Lexington Dispatch, October 6, 1886.
