Description	:	Eldest daughter of Freelove and Elizabeth Gowens. Mary grew up in Oak township. In 1881, Mary was wed to Ebenezer Dosh, not long after the untimely death of her mother, (due to a typhoid outbreak). Probably because of this, Mary and Ebenezer migrated to Coleman, Texas where they raised a family. About 1919, the Mary & Ebenezer moved to Yakima, Washington to be closer to daughter Grace Brooks. After Ebenezer's death in 1923, Mary lived an active life, and was involved with the First Babtist Church, Rebekah Lodge, Relief Corps, and Womens Christian Temperance Union.
