Description	:	The Herald, Piedmont, West Virginia, January 10, 1899: "Mrs. Mary Carey, widow of the late James Carey, died at the residence of her daughter Mrs. M. J. Hoban, Main street, Westernport, where she had made her home for the past three months, Tuesday morning, Jan. 10, 1899, aged 73 years. Mrs. Carey was born in Dublin, Ireland and came to this country in 1841 since which date she had resided principally in Lonaconing, Md. Her husband died about 5 years ago. The funeral took place from St. Peter's Catholic Church Wednesday, Rev. T. J. Stanton of Lonaconing officiating...
